The 5:55
Party Rock

The 5:55 formed in Virginia while attending Virginia Tech and Radford. The band got their start by playing for fraternity and sorority events. After getting positive feedback for their electrifying performances, they decided to continue outside of college. They are currently playing colleges and venues throughout the East Cost. Venues include The National, House of Blues, The Camel, and Whitlow's On Wilson. The band has shared the stage with Buckcherry, Taboo from The Black Eyed Peas, The Virginmarys, Stop Light Observations, and more. The 5:55 began by covering songs the crowd could sing along to, while playing with as much energy as possible. Their motto for covers is "rockin' up the pop songs and dancin' up the rock songs." The wide variety of covers include Daft Punk, Third Eyed Blind, Jackson 5, The Black Eyed Peas, Jimmy Eat World, and many more. We booked the 5:55 for a punk rock date party and they absolutely killed it. They brought the energy and every single song they played had everyone singing along. I would definitely recommend them.
